Adoration Resources
Here are some materials and videos that will help to explain what Adoration is, what to do during Adoration, and how to pray a Holy Hour. There are no formal rules about what to do in Adoration, but people often read the Bible, or pray the rosary, or read a spiritual book, or pray silently, or simply look at Jesus in the Eucharist on the altar.

“I had spent most of my life attending Willow Creek Community Church and other non-denominational evangelical churches. I was doing the best I could to grow as a Christian and walk the ‘Christian walk.’ Then the Lord showed me a new way to live in his presence that I never had imagined possible. Through a series of conversations and books, I discovered the presence of our Lord in the quiet of an empty Catholic Church and eventually spending countless hours in Adoration Chapels; praying and listening to our Lord and discovering how He has offered himself to us in the Blessed Sacrament. Less than one year after my first time walking into the Adoration Chapel; myself, my wife, and our 6 children all entered into the Roman Catholic Church in April of 2018.“
