Food Pantry
With the pandemic, families are more in need of food than ever. The All Saints Lutheran Food Pantry at the Palatine Opportunity Center / Community Resource Center is serving exponentially more families than typically served.
The Food Pantry is accepting food donations at 1585 N. Rand Road in Palatine (on the side doors facing Walmart – south side of building).

Coffee Donations for Little Sisters
Each month, parishioner Mary Ann Falkenberg collects coffee donations for The Little Sisters / St. Joseph’s Home. If you are interested in donating coffee, email Nicole for drop-off instructions. Coffee is delivered on the first of the month.

Spring of Life Partnership with Habitat for Humanity
As an arm of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley, Spring of Life is a partnership of churches, including St. Theresa, and community members in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. We are a group of volunteers–many of us members of our partner churches—and we create affordable housing for qualified families. Since 1997, we have enabled 16 families to grab their piece of the American Dream–a home of their own.
Viator House of Hospitality
Viator House of Hospitality (VHH) provides compassionate accompaniment to young adult male immigrants seeking legal relief. Grounded in the Viatorian commitment to young people and to “those accounted of little importance” and established January 17, 2017, VHH provides a supportive living environment where these young men can attend school, improve their language skills, grow spiritually and emotionally, receive proper medical care, and work while they await court proceedings that determine whether they can become US citizens. If approved to pursue citizenship, they can remain at VHH for a period of time as they begin to build a life here.

On Monday nights, we have the Marian Rosary Devotion group. They meet in the Church at 7pm, have Confessions, pray the Rosary, and have Mass. Info can be found on our website under Ministries-> Marian Rosary Devotion, or directly at: https://sttheresachurch.org/marian-rosary-devotion/
On Tuesday mornings at 10am, there is Cenacle Prayer Group in the Parish Meeting spaces adjacent to the Church. Call 847-358-7760 or go to parish reception at that time to be directed to the group.
Lastly, to my knowledge, a group is trying to form a Women’s Bible Study. For information on that, please contact Mary Ptak at maryptak@gmail.com
