Parish Calendar Scheduling and Room Reservation Guidelines

Holy Week, Missions, and Sundays
—The Pastor does not permit events to be scheduled on Sundays. Exceptions to this rule require his permission.
—Additionally, nothing is scheduled during Holy Week, the Parish Advent Mission, and the Parish Lenten Mission. Please do not schedule events during the following:
HOLY WEEK: April 13-20, 2025
ADVENT MISSION: December 2024 (dates coming soon)
LENTEN MISSION: April 7-9, 2025
Rooms Availability
—There is Religious Education in the School on Tuesdays from 4:30 pm-6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am-10:30 am. We cannot schedule other adult traffic in the school spaces at these times, unless approved by the Director of Religious Education.
—O’Brien Hall is not available until AFTER 5:30pm on weekdays.
—Lower Dolan and Gym are scheduled as separate entities. Please do not assume if you are requesting one, that you automatically have both. You must request both if you need.
—Lower Dolan and Lower Dolan Kitchen are scheduled as separate entities. Please do not assume if you are requesting one, that you automatically have both. You must request both if you need. And training is required for use of the kitchen.
—The Youth Ministry Room in Lower Dolan will be in use on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Anyone wishing to schedule the main Lower Dolan space on these evenings must receive prior approval of the pastor and youth ministry director.
—There is a limit of no more than TWO events or activities in the Gathering Space on any given weekend. This includes item collections.
—The Pauline Link is available as an option for some smaller meetings or for events following Masses. Please consider using this valuable space!
—The Church and Gathering Space are scheduled as separate entities, though they are adjacent. Please do not assume if you are meeting in the Gathering Space that you may enter the Church proper, as there may be something else scheduled in that space.
—The Chapel is reserved for Masses and Adoration. Requests for use of the Chapel must go through the Head Pastor. (And upon the Pastor’s approval, the event must be submitted to scheduling@sttheresachurch.org.)
